He promptly attended to the task having listened attentively to my explanation of the problem. After the job was completed I wanted to discuss renovations. Unrushed and generous, he explained all the plumbing possibilities, potential pitfalls, and provided alternative ideas. Needed an urgent plumber to fix my blocked toilet and Alan did a great job! He arrived within the hour and made sure that the blockage was fixed to his satisfaction. He also suggested doing a safety inspection as my unit was pretty new.
