Alan agreed to a time that suited me on a weekend. Phoned when he was on his way and arrived on time. He was courteous and very friendly. He promptly attended to the task having listened attentively to my explanation of the problem. After the job was completed I wanted to discuss renovations. Unrushed and generous, he explained all the plumbing possibilities, potential pitfalls, and provided alternative ideas. I have no hesitation in recommending Alan and will engage Bayside Plumbing again.

Alan and his team recently assisted me with repairing a faulty shower tap. The team conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism and were extremely knowledgeable. They were pleasant to deal with, punctual, clean and worked efficiently. Overall the work was of high quality and I would strongly recommend Alan and his team.

Needed an urgent plumber to fix my blocked toilet and Alan did a great job! He arrived within the hour and made sure that the blockage was fixed to his satisfaction. He also suggested doing a safety inspection as my unit was pretty new.
